Mini Birthday Embellishments

These mini birthday embellishments can be used to make cards or tags, decorate packages, or add to birthday party decorations. Each piece is handmade and assembled from several colors of cardstock.

This set contains two birthday hats, two birthday cakes, two balloons and two embossed card-toppers.
